available to the National Central Library and the Center for Chinese Studies of
the Republic of China (Taiwan), for evaluation and other Grant-related matters.

Regarding the said information, I understand that I retain the right to request

（1）請求查詢或閱覽A review thereof,
（2）給予複製本Duplications thereof,
（3）請求補充或更正Supplements or corrections thereof,
（4）請求停止蒐集、處理及利用Discontinuation of the collection, processing or use thereof,
