漢學研究中心與捷克科學院亞非研究所合辦「操控媒體:明以降中國的新聞與『假新聞』國際學術研討會」  

近年來「假新聞」(Fake News)開始出現在全球的媒體語彙中,並迅速成為影響世界各地社會及政治的中心議題。回顧人類近代歷史,社會上各類流通資訊即被操縱在各種不同的媒介或權威者管理者手中。然而,當大眾、讀者長期信任這些媒介及其所代表權威性之後,卻在某些特定時期出現戲劇性的變化,並且造成社會及政治秩序的不穩定。

     為探究此議題,漢學研究中心與國家圖書館海外臺灣資源中心合作單位--捷克科學院亞非研究所將於10767-8日以「操控媒體:明以降中國的新聞與『假新聞』」為題,共同召開國際學術研討會。大會特別邀請中央研究院王汎森院士、德國赫爾蒂行政學院Daniela Stockmann教授分別以「明清以來的輿論社會」、「數位時代的假新聞?」為題發表專題演講。

    兩天的會議廣邀來自世界各國歷史與傳播學者,17篇論文以「新聞文類」、「隱喻、謠言、故事與小說」、「媒體、社會以及政治控制」為主題,探討自明代以來至今日,社會及政治媒體在不同時期出現的各種變化。並於8日下午以「歷史學與傳播學的對話」舉辦圓桌論壇,精彩可期。
