2015年度外交部「臺灣獎助金」受獎候選人名單已告確定。待候選人接洽取得我國大學校院或學術機構「駐點研究同意函」後，正式成為本獎助金受獎學人。此次申請獎助金者共計234人， 評審委員會於2014年9月19日下午於外交部召開，共有18位評審委員參加審查。經過熱烈討論與審慎評選，最後選出104位受獎候選人（包含32個國家），將自2015年1月起陸續來臺進行為期3至12個月的研究。受獎候選人名單如下（依國籍英文字母順序排列）：
