Scholars of the ‘2025 MOFA Taiwan Fellowship’ Experiences Chinese New Year & Lantern Festival  

On February 24, MOFA held a large event at the National Central Library; welcoming both the Taiwan Fellowship scholars and the Taiwan Association Alumni students with a Chinese New Year Tea Party. Participants from 24 countries with 37 Taiwan Fellowship scholars and their respective family members. Alongside 14 of their countries’ representatives, officials, and domestic scholars. Totaling in a near hundred attendees at the event! Minister Lin from MOFA delivered a speech to commence the start of the event. There were dough doll making classes, lantern painting, coupling calligraphy, and DIY cotton candy making! With festive music and snacks, scholars were able to experience the holiday cheer themselves.
