漢學研究中心2019年「外籍學人來臺研究漢學獎助」錄取名單

Research Grant for Foreign Scholars in Chinese Studies Recipient for 2019

    漢學研究中心2019年「外籍學人來臺研究漢學獎助」錄取名單已告確定。此次申請獎助者共計107人，審查會議於2018年8月9日下午召開，由曾淑賢館長主持，參加審查之學者專家共計6人。經過熱烈討論與審慎評選，最後決定錄取18名，備取18名。（包含18個國家）茲將錄取學人之簡介分述如下（正取、備取皆依國籍英文字母順序排列）

1. Peyton, William，澳洲籍，澳洲國立大學比較文學系博士候選人，研究主題：A Comparative Study of the Translation of English Modernist Novels in Taiwan and Mainland China，研究期間：4個月。

2. Stenberg, Joshua Sidney（石峻山），澳洲籍，澳洲雪梨大學漢學系助理教授，研究主題：Border-Crossing Puppetry: Taiwanese Potehi in Transnational Perspective  （越境偶：跨國視野中的臺灣布袋戲），研究期間：3個月。

3. Standaert, Nicolas（鐘鳴旦），比利時籍，比利時魯汶大學漢學系教授，研究主題：An Intercultural Communication Circuit of Books between China and Europe in the Seventeenth and Eighteenth Centuries: The Establishment of In-Between Textual Communities，研究期間：2個月。

4. Guo, Weiting，加拿大籍，加拿大西門菲莎大學（Simon Fraser University）歷史系助理教授，研究主題：Justice for the Empire: Summary Execution and the Legal Culture in Qing China（帝國的正義：就地正法與清代中國法律文化），研究期間：6個月。

5. M'Bondjo, Maud，法國籍，法國東亞文明研究中心（CRCAO）副研究員，研究主題：New Confucianism and Modernities: Cross-dynamics of Philosophical Ideas and Political Interpretations in Contemporary Taiwan（新儒家與現代性 : 當代臺灣哲學思想與政治詮釋的交錯動態，研究期間：6個月。

6. Rahav, Shakhar（夏海），以色列籍，以色列海法大學（University of Haifa）亞洲學系助理教授，研究主題：Constructing Utopias: Chinese Communal Experiments in Global Context, 1919-1923，研究期間：3個月。

7. Kuroda, Akinobu（黒田明伸），日本籍，日本東京大學東洋文化研究所教授，研究主題：Revisiting History of Chinese Currencies: From the Viewpoint of Complementarity among Monies，研究期間：5個月。

8. Han, Inhye（韓仁慧），韓國籍，韓國梨花女子大學副研究員，研究主題：Exploiting the Old Empire: Transcolonial Literature and Film in East Asia, 1919-1945

日據時代的殖民與半殖民之間的文學與電影，1919-45，研究期間：6個月。

9. Gryszkiewicz, Anna（安娜），波蘭籍，波蘭格但斯克大學（University of Gdansk）博士候選人，研究主題：Between Memory and Creation. Negotiating National Identity in the Area of Contemporary Dance in Taiwan，研究期間：2個月。

10. Grigoriev, Stanislav，俄羅斯籍，俄羅斯科學院歷史與考古研究所教授，研究主題：Comparison of Metallurgy of Ancient China and Northern Eurasia in the Bronze Age（中國與北亞地區青銅時代冶煉技術比較研究），研究期間：6個月。

11. Lim,Wah Guan（林華源），新加坡籍，美國巴德學院（Bard College）亞洲研究所助理教授，研究主題：Denationalizing Identities: The Politics of Performance in the Chinese Diaspora（去國化的身分認同：華人世界舞臺裡的表演政治），研究期間：6個月。

12. Zhang, Song Jian（張松建），新加坡籍，新加坡南洋理工大學人文學院中文系助理教授，研究主題：The Influence of Modern Taiwanese Poetry on Singapore（臺灣現代詩對新加坡的影響），研究期間：2個月。

13. Birtwistle, Andrew，英國籍，英國坎特伯雷基督教會大學 （Canterbury Christ Church University）媒體系副教授，研究主題：Taiwan New Wave Cinema and the Sound of Modernity（臺灣新電影與現代性的聲音），研究期間：1個月。

14. Chow, Sheryl Man-Ying（周敏盈），英國籍，美國普林斯頓大學音樂系博士候選人，研究主題：Music, Science, and Western Learning: Music Theory in Early Qing China，研究期間：6個月。

15. Atwill, David（龍戴維），美國籍，美國賓洲州立大學歷史系副教授，研究主題：The Ascendency of High Asia: Chinese Warlordism, Ethno-territoriality,  and Inter-Asian Hegemony , 1900-1950 （高原亞洲的優勢：二十世紀上半葉中國的軍閥混戰、民族區域以及內陸亞洲的霸權），研究期間：4個月。

16. Fu, Jia-Chen（傅家倩），美國籍，美國埃默里大學（Emory University）俄羅斯及東亞語言文化系助理教授，研究主題：Anger in a Time of War: Psychology and the Problem of Child Emotional Development in China, 1937-1949（戰爭時期心理學與兒童情緒問題，1937-1949），研究期間：3個月。

17. McElroy, Jeffery，美國籍，美國德州大學奧斯汀分校亞洲研究博士候選人，研究主題：Transgressive/local-color Media in Taiwan and Hong Kong，研究期間：6個月。

18. Thai, Philip（蔡駿治），美國籍，美國東北大學歷史系助理教授，研究主題：History of Insurance in Modern China（近代中國保險史），研究期間：1個月。

2. Serfass, David（馮大偉），法國籍，法國國立東方語言文化學院（National Institute of Oriental Language and Civilization）博士後研究，研究主題：Workers of the Modern State: Administrative Personnel in Republican China (1912-1949)

3. Kramer, Stefan（曠斯凡），德國籍，德國科隆大學（University of Cologne）東亞研究系教授，研究主題：中華民國的時間話語與新媒介，研究期間：2個月。4. Mukherji, Priyadarsi（墨普德），印度籍，印度尼赫魯大學中國大陸及東南亞研究中心教授，研究主題：Subhas Chandra Bose and the Indian Freedom Movement in Print-media Reports, Archival Documents, Intelligence Dossiers, and other sources from Republican China on Mainland and post-1949 ROC in Taiwan.（蘇葩士‧嶄德若·鮑斯與印度獨立運動反映於大陸上中華民國及1949年後臺灣的民國政府所刊行的報刊、檔案文獻、軍情檔案以及其它材料），研究期間：6個月。

5. Moughari, Zahra Karimi，伊朗籍，伊朗馬贊達蘭大學（University of Mazandaran）副教授，研究主題：Taiwan Economic and Political Miracle;  Lessons for Oil Exporting Countries in the Middle East，研究期間：6個月。

6. Uchiyama, Naoki（內山直樹），日本籍，日本千葉大學大學院人文科學研究院教授，研究主題：The Position of Technological Knowledge in Learning during Han Period （漢代學術中技術知之位置），研究期間：3個月。

7. Watanabe, Naoki（渡邊直紀），日本籍，日本武藏大學韓國與比較文學系教授，研究主題：Comparative Research on Proletarian Literature in Colonial Taiwan and Colonial Korea: in relation to Hometown Literature Controversy（鄕土文學論爭）and Art Popularization Controversy（藝術大衆化論爭） in 1930s’ （殖民地時期臺灣和韓國的無產階級文學運動比較――以1930年代鄉土文學論爭與藝術大眾化論為中心），研究期間：1個月。

8. Kim, Hanung（金漢雄），韓國籍，美國哈佛大學歷史系博士，研究主題：Between Nāgas and Dragons: Contested Interactions between Tibetan and Chinese Rainmaking Rituals in Pre-modern Inner Asia，研究期間：6個月。

9. Ji, Kwansoon（池寬順），韓國籍，韓國延世大學歷史系博士候選人，研究主題：The Criticism of re-Confucianism (再儒化) during modern and contemporary 近現代中國再儒化爭論，研究期間：6個月。

10. Myint, Kyee，緬甸籍，緬甸國際事務與戰略合作研究院研究員，研究主題：China, B&R Initiative and Its Relations with Neighboring Countries with Particular Reference to Myanmar，研究期間：6個月。

11. Rajczyk, Robert，波蘭籍，波蘭卡托維治西里西亞大學（University of Silesia in Katowice）助理教授，研究主題：Cultural Heritage and Its Role in Taiwanese Tourism Promotion，研究期間：4個月。

12. Vladimir, Kurdyumov（耿華），俄羅斯籍，俄羅斯莫斯科城市大學教授，研究主題：Typology and Theory of Chinese Grammar for Students of Taiwan Universities （為臺灣大學學生的漢語語法理論與漢語類型學研究），研究期間：6個月。

13. Tan,Ying Jia（陳穎佳），新加坡籍，美國維思大學（Wesleyan University）東亞及歷史學系助理教授，研究主題：Hydrocarbon Bonds: Plastic and the Economic Transformation of Chinese East Asia（臺灣塑膠工業與東亞的經濟轉型），研究期間：2個月。

14. Gonzalez Castano, Hector（高長空），西班牙籍，法國巴黎第十大學（Paris Nanterre University）博士，研究主題：Translation and Transcultural Philosophy: A Research on the Spanish Reception of the Zhuangzi（翻譯與跨文化哲學：西班牙文的莊子翻譯與接受），研究期間：6個月。

15. Chao, Shinyi，美國籍，美國羅徹斯特大學（University of Rochester）宗教系副教授，研究主題：Neighborhood Temple Procession in City of Tainan, Taiwan，研究期間：4個月。

16. Hubert, Ira（胡安華），美國籍，加拿大麥基爾大學國際史學博士候選人，研究主題：Clinging to the Anti-Imperial Mantle: The Republic of China’s Encounter with the Decolonizing World, 1942-1971（堅持反帝國主義的職責：中華民國與非殖民化世界的相遇， 1942年至1971年），研究期間：2個月。
