The Industry plays a significant role in the socio-economic development of any country. Competitiveness of a country depends not only on its number of population, size of territory and volume of natural resources, but also heavily depends on how countries use their resources effectively based based on industrial development and S&T achievements. Mongolia is rich in natural resources, but level and capability of technological basis of the industry is still weak. Taiwan is strong in development of industry and production of machinery and equipment. Two countries could combine their advantages and resources for the industry convergence. In this research report are presented results of study on Industrial policy and convergence analysis of industrial sectors of Taiwan and Mongolia.
